PetDoingExisting account requests
Login and self-service account tools are currently paused. To request access, a copy or deletion of earlier account data, email tiandisk001@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account. Use a subject such as “Account data request” and identify the requested action.
Do not send passwords or private conversations. We verify identity before acting. Pausing the service does not itself delete earlier account records. Restricted backups and records needed for legal, fraud or dispute purposes may have separate retention requirements.
